Ordering:

All orders must be placed online via this website.

Payments are made to our business name of 'Delights'

All new orders are deemed separate and each is treated individually.

Pricing:

All prices quoted on our site are in UK pounds.

You will be notified of the delivery costs automatically before you make your payment.

Payment:

Payment must be made at point of ordering.

All payments are to be made via online payment methods or cheque or postal order for UK.

Both Nochex and Paypal accept all major credit and debit cards and you do not need to create an account with either to process a payment.

There are no fees for paying for products and both provide 100% protection for unauthorised payments


Delivery/Shipping:

We manage our deliveries utilising Royal Mail 1st class .

We reserve the right to deliver in multiple consignments; however this will be at no extra cost.

Delivery times given are for guidance only and are not guaranteed. We cannot be held responsible for courier/postal delays. However, should your order not arrive within the time expected following our notification of despatch, please contact us and we will endeavour to locate your shipment.

UK Deliveries
Deliveries take 1 to 3 working days from the time of despatch and take place Monday to Friday between 8am and 5.30pm.

European Deliveries
Delivery to European destinations approx 3 - 5 working days.

For all other countries approx 7 – 10 working days depending on the destination.

Any person purchasing our products from outside of the UK is the importer to that destination and is responsible for all taxes and/ or special duty payments on all of the products ordered.

We are not responsible for delays in the delivery or customs.

Returns:

As our T Shirts are custom made, printed for you with your choice of slogan we cannot offer an unconditional refund policy. We would ask you to select your slogan and size with care.

We pride ourselves on our customer service so if you have any queries or concerns on receipt of your T shirt please contact us and we will do our best to resolve to your satisfaction. If we agree to a return of the item, you, the customer would be liable for return postage costs.

If return is due to a manufacturing or printing fault all postage costs will be refunded.


Refunds:

All refunds will be processed via Paypal or Nochex to the original card used for the purchase transaction.
